Return Period

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Photos showing the condition of the item must be submitted through our return system for approval.
  • Returns initiated without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos and a brief description submitted through our return portal.
  • Once approved, we may issue a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, based on product availability and your preference.

Store Credit Option

In place of a refund, we may offer store credit, allowing you to apply the value of your return to a future purchase. This is a flexible and convenient way to continue furnishing your space through F4L.


Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance, sale, or closeout items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, aerosols)

Marketplace Orders

If you placed your order through a marketplace (e.g., Walmart, Facebook Shop):

  • Please follow the return process provided by that platform for faster processing.
  • Marketplace return policies may vary.

Fees and Refunds

Returns that are not the result of a product issue may incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Oversized or freight-returned items may incur additional shipping charges.
